" I ordered the vehicle specific Rockstar to protect trailers. I have a 3500 and they come up with a 2.5" receiver hitch. I was disappointed the standard order comes with a 2" receiver mount so it would not fit my 2.5" hitch I was using. I needed find a 2" receiver hitch and sleeve. Contacted ACI and they were very helpful letting me know there is a 2.five" mounting hardware prepare. Annoyed that a vehicle specific application does not take the options when ordering. I call up information technology was less than $15 for the hardware set and now I can employ 2" or 2.v" as I demand. Add together the option for applicable sizes to the online ordering and this would have been a 5 star review. I love the wait and it is very sturdy. It doesn't wiggle around back there when it is mounted and adjusted correctly. I worried about the ii protector tabs against the back of the vehicle bumper rubbing marks. If you lot make sure the bumper is clean then it doesn't leave whatsoever existent marks. I didn't like the await of the plastic discs on my bumper and I figured if it was going to rub through the protectors, and then that thin clear disc wasn't going to do much either. I put some gasket maker material in in the protector earlier mounting to add some cushion in case it did move around simply don't seem to demand it. I don't get out it on all the fourth dimension and taking it off takes about 5 minutes and a 9/16 wrench. Y'all don't have to take it apart, merely need to loose 4 nuts to allow it to slide off the receiver hitch. I utilise my Rockstar with a B&W Tow & Stow ball hitch and they piece of work great together. and you get total part of both products when mounted together. I also accept an Access Lorado roll-up cover on this truck. This is the 4th vehicle I take put a Lorado cover on. They outlive the vehicle every fourth dimension but the new owners always want the roll-upward cover kept with the vehicle when I sell them. I'g a very happy ACI customer.
